On May 24 2024, ACP-CA filed comments with the CPUC asking for the Commission to identify a need for central procurement of 10 GW of offshore wind through 2035, implemented over a series of solicitation opportunities. The Ruling issued late April is the first step in implementing the central procurement program established through AB 1373 last year.
